Private by default
TeamUp is designed around private groups. Exact activity places, member availability, and personal schedules are not public by default.
Information we use
Account details, group memberships, activities, RSVPs, availability, saved places, preferences, support messages, and security logs may be processed to operate the service.
Location
Approximate area may support place discovery. Exact address or coordinates require an explicit action and remain limited to authorized members. TeamUp does not publish live location.
Your controls
Members can change privacy settings, export their information, leave groups, and request account deletion. Some audit records may be retained when required for safety or legal obligations.
Service providers
Only providers needed for hosting, authentication, email, maps, notifications, monitoring, or payment processing may receive the minimum required data. Payments are not enabled in preview.
Safety
Do not post a child’s private schedule, home address, school, or live location. Organizers must have permission to share information about other people.

Privacy questions and deletion requests will be handled through the support contact published before public launch.
